Environmental stewardship isn't a box we tick, it's why we exist. Through restoration that rebuilds ecosystems and practices that strengthen climate resilience, we're committed to creating lasting environmental value for communities, biodiversity and future generations.
Our Capabilities
Environmental contracting should leave places better than we found them. Our projects focus on measurable outcomes; native species recovery, biodiversity improvements, ecosystem resilience, backed by qualified teams who understand environment.
Large-scale tree planting and vegetation establishment
We've planted thousands of trees across Victoria for councils and government agencies, using locally appropriate species and methods that ensure long-term establishment. Each project contributes to ecosystem resilience, biodiversity improvement and healthier, more sustainable landscapes.
Ecological restoration that protects sensitive environments
Our restoration ecologists and bushland specialists work in remnant bushland, conservation reserves, and biodiversity corridors where attention to detail matters most. By restoring degraded land and protecting native species, we help safeguard sensitive environments for future generations.
Generational impact
Restoration work done properly creates environmental value that compounds over decades, improving water quality, supporting wildlife, and building climate resilience for communities we may never meet. Across recent projects, Landlinks has restored many thousands of hectares of native vegetation, creating ecosystems that continue to strengthen year after year.
Social Responsibility
Beyond environmental outcomes, community impact
Our work creates value beyond the sites we manage. By employing local crews, partnering with regional suppliers and supporting initiatives that strengthen shared spaces, Landlinks contributes to the social and economic fabric of the communities where we work. Environmental contracting done right creates benefits for people as much as places.
Indigenous partnerships and knowledge
We acknowledge the Bunurong and Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we work. We work alongside Traditional Owners and Indigenous organisations to support culturally informed land management, including ongoing collaboration on sites with cultural heritage significance. This includes education-based partnerships such as our work with Worawa Aboriginal Girls School, contributing practical support and shared knowledge where it adds value to site outcomes.
Local employment and careers
We hire locally, invest in training and certifications, and support long-term careers in environmental work. Our teams complete formal qualifications alongside specialist training in safety, equipment operation and leadership. We also work with TAFE organisations to support traineeships and apprenticeships, creating practical pathways into stable, long-term employment in the industry. With above-award wages and a 90% retention rate, Landlinks provides secure employment that supports the people delivering the work.
Community engagement and safety
We work alongside local communities in the areas where we operate, supporting schools, kindergartens, sporting clubs and community groups through in-kind services, equipment, expertise and time. From maintaining shared facilities to contributing specialist knowledge to local environmental groups, our teams engage respectfully and constructively to create lasting local benefit.
