People first. Outcomes that last.

For more than 15 years, Landlinks has evolved alongside the environments and communities it serves. Our business has grown by adapting, innovating, and setting higher standards for how environmental work is delivered and sustained across Victoria.

Our Story

Built on family principles, proven at scale

Landlinks started with small local contracts and a simple goal: to do environmental work the right way. Today, those same principles guide a growing team delivering government-grade programs across Victoria. Our growth hasn't changed what matters, qualified people, structured systems, and a shared pride in the quality of our work.

Growing capability, not just size

Well-Designed System

In recent years, we've more than doubled in scale. Not by chasing every job, but by investing in what matters. We've expanded deliberately, adding expertise, technology and systems that make large-scale delivery reliable. Integrated scheduling, cloud-based reporting and internal training ensure our crews meet the standards and expectations of government partners every time.

Our operations now span 200+ active sites and 1000+ hectares of managed land, delivered through a team of 50+ qualified staff and contractors.

THE WORK THAT DRIVES US

We believe environmental work deserves the same level of rigour and respect as any infrastructure project. That's why we invest in planning, safety and quality assurance systems that track every project from preparation to completion. Our approach is hands-on, accountable and built for results that last decades, not seasons.

Each year, we deliver dozens of government and council programs, maintaining environmental and community assets to a consistently high standard.

Long-standing commitment

When the same dedicated teams return year after year, you get consistency and accumulated knowledge that improves outcomes over time. Many of our people have grown with Landlinks, building long-term relationships and a deep understanding of the environments they work in.

A culture of practical safety

Safety isn't about ticking boxes, it's about getting everyone home in one piece. We've built practical safety systems specifically for environmental work because generic policies don't cut it when you're working around active rail lines, managing machinery in remote bushland, or coordinating crews across busy public spaces.

Environmental work carries genuine risk, machinery, remote locations, traffic, unpredictable terrain. Our teams are trained for the specific dangers they'll face, equipped with the right protective gear, and empowered to stop work when conditions aren't safe. Because no project deadline is worth someone getting injured.

Our work is outdoors and often complex. Terrain, weather, public access, live traffic and remote locations are part of the reality, not edge cases.

Safety at Landlinks is practical and proactive. Hazards are identified early, risks are managed as work progresses, and crews are equipped with the training, plant and authority to make sound decisions on site. People are encouraged to speak up and act early if something does not look right.

Safety requirements, controls and training are set to suit the specific work being carried out, so the right measures are in place without overcomplicating delivery.

Environmental responsibility is central to how Landlinks operates. It shapes how work is scoped, planned and delivered across every project.

Environmental risks are considered from the outset, with a focus on protecting land, water, biodiversity and surrounding communities. Work methods are selected to achieve the intended ecological outcomes while minimising disturbance and long-term impact.

Approaches are tailored to site conditions, approvals and program objectives, with more detailed methods and reporting provided where required.

Government projects require consistency, transparency and accountability, often across multiple sites and long-running programs. Landlinks is structured to deliver that level of reliability.

Clear governance, experienced leadership and disciplined systems support how work is planned, delivered and reviewed. Performance is monitored, risks are actively managed, and decisions are informed by what is happening on the ground.

The level of reporting and oversight is scaled to suit each project, giving clients clarity and confidence without unnecessary process.
